Joshua Harris - Piano

Joshua Harris is currently pursuing a Masters in Performance at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama as a Guildhall Scholar, under the tutelage of Noriko Ogawa and Martin Roscoe. He earned his Bachelor of Music from the Royal Academy of Music, studying with Florian Mitrea and Colin Stone. He has performed at venues such as the Romanian Athanaeum, Wigmore Hall, Sinfonia Smith Square, Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, St. James’s Piccadilly, St. Marylebone Church, Burgh House, University Church, Oxford, Guildhall’s Milton Court, Royal Academy’s Duke’s Hall and Harrow School’s Speech Room. Recently, he performed Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3, Op. 30 at Milton Court. He has participated in performance/masterclasses with Dmitri Alexeev, Ian Jones, Ludmil Angelov, Ian Fountain, Mei-Ting Sun and chamber music workshops involving Adrian Brendel, Andrew West and Michael Dussek. As an accompanist and conductor, he participated in the Girton Conducting Course held at Girton College, Cambridge, receiving tuition from Denise Ham, Dominic Grier and Cathal Gurvey.
